McDonald vs Lotteria

There are many restaurants selling fastfood in Korea. When I want to eat Fastfood such as hamburger or french fries, I usually go to two restaurants, McDonald or Lotteria. They have many branches so that it is easy to find everywhere. Also, they sell a variety of food for all ages. people can eat hamburger and drink coffee or beverages. In addition, they have drivery system that deliver food ordered to customers. It is really convenience for customers.

On the other hand, they have some differences between McDonald and Lotteria. Lotteria started to sell fastfood in Korea at the first time so they have some menus including traditional ingredient such as Kimchi, rice and Bulgogi. Unlike it, MacDonald started to be operated in abroad. That's why the preference focus on people in abroad. In addition, people can more easily find Lotteria  than MacDonald even though they are in country side. Lotteria have much more branch than MacDonald. Probably, someone living in rural, they could be more familiar with Lotteria. One more thing of their difference is the discount rate. Lotteria has a membership discount for someone who have a certain card. In case of MacDonald, they give a discounted price at lunch time. It is really big sale.

I used to go to Lotteria, when I was young. Because I lived in rural so I could not have a choice many restaurants. As time goes by, My preference become westernized so I usually go to MacDonald especially at lunch time. It is really reasonable price.

Wellington vs Sydney

     I have been to New Zealand for 6 months. I heard that Wellington is the one of good place for living in NZ so that I chose this city to study. When I was in that city, I was enjoying my life. Also, I could have an opportunity to travel in Sydney, Australia for a few days before went back to Korea. There are some different between two city even though two countries are located to next to each other.

     First of all, People say that Wellington is widy city. That is to say, it is blowing wind almost everyday. Because there is beach along the city. It is a source of pride in Wellington that scenery is really fantastic and gorgeous except for strong wind. When I visited in Sydney, it is summer season so always hot and sweat. The sun was beating fully into people's face. In my case, I got sunburned a lot just for 4hours walking outside.

     In addition, many people in Wellington enjoy eating lamb. And people in Sydney usually eat Kangaroo meat. Both of meats have strong smell and distinct taste. Also, two cities have good thing is that pork and beaf prices are really cheap so I ate everyday.

     lastly, two cities have different lifestyle. When I was in Wellington, I kept my composure because of surrounding. Almost people are likely to have a little more time. It looked they just enjoying their life without worry. Most of store except pub and bar closed around 5pm and then they go home. But, Sydney is opposite to welly life. There are so many people in the street both by day and by night. It is always crowed wherever I go. People looked like busy and hurry. I think because Sydney is the one of famous sightseeing city and administrational city.

     It was really interesting to feel how to different between two cities, although they are closed each other. That's why I could feel more variety and exciting.

Salary peak system 2

      I'm going to talk about salary peak system. the government is reorganizing this system which  is a gradual salary cut for emploees after they reach a certain age in return for job security. I think that it is really
ineffective system. There are some reasons for my opinion.

      Above all, deffered retirement by salary peak system can be connected to weak hiring new employees. As a result, although many student graduate, they could not get a job so that  unemployment rate continue to rise.
Secondly, the application of this system can make elderly employees get less money than younger because of more age. In addition, they can feel an ever greater sense of deprivation.

      Some people say that it is good for job creation for elderly people in an aging society. I understand that our country is having a difficulty in growing elderly people population. There is a growing need to introduce this system in preperation for aging society. But companies might abuse alternative ways of elderly emploees redundancy. That is to say that nominally this system is institutionalized with the purpose of preparation for aging society. In fact, it makes companies easily dismiss elderly labors.

      For that reasons, I disagree that salary peak system is effective system.

Salary peak system

     Nowadays, the government is in the process of reorganization of salary peak system. The salary peak system wsa first introduced from 2003 and is operating 11.2% among 8399 companies now. The salary peak is a gradual salary cut for emploees after they reach a certain age in return for job security. Even though I am now job seeker, I think that it is really effective system. there are some reasons for my opinion.

     First, It is good for job creation for elderly people in an aging society. Our country is having a difficulty in growing elderly people population. There is a growing need to introduce this system in preperation for aging society. Second, the company can cut down labor costs. If there is no salary peak system, they have to hire new workers by giving higher annual income. On the other hand, They use skilled workforce at low cost due to this system. Lastly, This system can resolve the problem about wage differential. It is continuing The problem Wage system is done on the basis of seniority in most company.


     Some people say that this system is bad effect on youth unemployment. But It is also helpful for solving the problem of youth unemployment. Because the company can hire new employee due to the reduced labor costs. Ministry of Employment and Labor predicts that this system will be more applied to many company.

Who are you?

   Have you ever seen Babariman? I met him! When I was high school student, our school was located to far from the city. Also, It consists of only girls and we often studied late at night. That's why when we went out to do something, we always brought someone. In my case, I didn't scare easily. Although if I went somewhere, I didn't care about it and moved alone.

   One day, as usual I went out alone to buy snacks at 11pm. When I was passing entrance of the school, suddenly one guy showed up and he was about to take his cloth off. I was really surprised at him and started to run out! After entered the class, I talked my classmates and teacher about the situation. At that time, I realized that I saw Babariman! Fortunately, it was just very short time and I couldn't his appearance. After that, when I go out, I always bring my friend. I hope that I will not have the same experience like this forever! 

Tongariro National Park

 

  I would like to tell you about Tongariro National Park I have visited. Last year, When I visited in NZ, I was crossing Tongariro Park which is the biggest national park in the world! It took about 11hours. My friends and I started to trekking in the early morining. At the first time, I was really enjoying the scenery. Unique gold brown color's rocks, mystery eemerald lake, fresh air and so on.... all of thing were beautiful and mysterious.

But as time goes by, It started to be exgausted. So I felt really tired and suddenly rotten eggs smell came from some where. so I looked around and saw smoke. There was volcano! It was really fantastic and awesome. Even though It was very long time trip, I could feel new world and have experience of strange. If I have an oppurtunity of go to NZ  again, I want to challenge for Tongariron crossing trip!
Also I suggest that you guys go on a trip to Tongariro National Park.

My hero, Mark Zuckerberg

I'm going to introduce a person who I really admire. This is Mark Zuckerberg!

There are three reason for my opinion.

First, He made many people have good relationship with other people by creating Facebook. So, We can keep in touch with global friends due to Facebook.

Second, He is the youngest billionaire in the world. He already knew that he has a talent for programing and tried to develop his ability. At the results, He became one of the most famous person in the world.

Above all, He is always thinking about the user. It makes him create amazing thing.

For that reason, I admire  Mark Zuckerberg!
